Our Elephant Park & Clinic is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Your painting will be made at our park and shipped from Thailand.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 days for our elephants to complete the painting. Once your order is shipped you will get an email with a tracking code and it usually arrives within 7 days.
You will be emailed a tracking code once your painting has been dispatched.

We are based in Thailand (GMT+7), so please allow a few hours for us to respond due to the time difference.
